Sweet 16 is a multi -metallic glitter polish in a clear base, its can be worn alone or layered over other nail polishes to give them a glitter effect.

Application: We recommend applying one coat of our Prime-Time base coat, applying two coats of color and one coat of our Gelled top coat, lasts up to 7 days.
