Due to COVID-19 we can’t accept any returns or exchanges. However if an item is damaged upon arrival , you may receive a replacement/s item/s , you have to notify customer service via email within 7 days after receipt of package/s of any damaged products.

3.How long will it take to receive my order from COCOLUXE BEAUTY?

We’re currently shipping through USPS, Once your order is processed it will take 3-5 business days to receive your order. Please note that USPS does sometime experience delivery delays.
